Melton Croft is an 18 acre family run working croft situated approximately 6 miles north of Portree on the Isle of Skye. It is ideally placed for exploring the north of the island which abounds with fantastic opportunities to explore the outdoors. We are only 14 miles from Sligachan and the heart of the Cuillins. The Quirang and the Storr are a short drive away. A few miles to the north is Uig and the Caledonian Macbrayne ferry to the Western Isles - a two hour boat trip could see you in Harris or North Uist. There is fishing locally and the area abounds with colourful history. Skye is a wonderful place to see wildlife and a wonderful place to relax and unwind.
We offer simple, clean, comfortable accommodation in our two self catering flats and the chance to camp on our small adjacent camping site. Our accommodation is bookable throughout the year.
